X-ray Crystallography services: FastLaneā„¢ Standard Library

SARomics Biostructures X-ray crystallography services include a FastLane™ Standard Library of proteins. This expanding library currently includes more than 150 constructs of drug target proteins ready for expression, purification, crystallization and structure determination according to verified protocols. Among those there are more than 50 protein kinases, a large collection of phosphatases, more than 40 epigenetic targets and other proteins. Using our high-throughput X-ray crystallography pipeline, the turnaround time for structure determination is between 6 to 12 weeks depending on the protein.
